I’ve been privileged to help a rather special CEO bring forward a vision for his company that is among the most powerful statements of common intention I’m aware of. Should you, dear reader, have an interest in such things, I would gladly mail you a copy of the foundational brochure. It’s titled, The Seed: Essence of a Noble Aspiration.
Rooted in action and timeless principles, this vision is potentially useful to virtually any person or institution––today, or at any time in the future.
When I say this CEO is special, I mean something more than his admirable career noted for outstanding operational gifts and a way of being that inspires strong loyalty among his colleagues. I mean principally that he sees life as a whole. To him, there is no separation of professional life and personal life. There’s just life. And the activity of life, if you will, is the practice of becoming ever more awake to the choices we make.
For years my client held this knowing within him. Along with it, however, was the awareness that he wasn’t quite capable of articulating it himself, at least not in a manner equal to his understanding. Nor had he met anyone who, he felt, both shared his understanding and enjoyed the necessary communication skills.
Then he and I crossed paths. Quickly we discovered that, deep within us, we were of like minds and hearts. Our many conversations challenged, refined and expanded our understanding. Plus, my particular bag of talents offered him the ability to convey our shared perspective in a way that would serve his colleagues and strengthen his company, beginning with himself and how he played his role of leader.
This initial phase of our collaboration resulting in “The Seed” took a year. Now comes the real work: bringing that vision to life.
If such a journey is a vital part of your world, personally or professionally, you may find this small brochure useful, even fun.
It’s yours for the asking.

Pleas send me a copy of the The Seed: Essence of a Noble Aspiration. I would love to know what's in it.
