There’s a good chance that the best way to use this website is very little...and very deliberately.
Surely a meditation practice that deepens your experience of kindness is more useful than getting your mind caught up in a bunch of “ideas,” no matter how provocative.
Don’t get me wrong. Ideas have their place. Here’s one of my favorites: Every situation in life can be effectively addressed by the judicious use of a single question: Who am I? A saint might tell us that if we spent a lifetime or two doing absolutely nothing but letting that question teach us, we’d become one joyful camper.
I hope you use whatever you find here solely to deepen your relationship with you, moment to moment, breath by breath.
Here’s a tip: Breathe through your feet. Read with your heart. Hold on to nothing.
